Yoga

Join our group this Monday as we work our way to a healthier life by doing yoga under the instruction of LSCC’s own Trish Grace. Trish is a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor through Lifetime Fitness. All participants are asked to bring their own mat, towel, water, and a willingness to be stretched!

Prayer and a short devotional will be included in each yoga session.
Signed safety waivers will be requested by all participants, as well.
